Business consultancy and training services from brothers Matthew and Neil Baldock.

We have nearly 40 years combined Estate & Letting Agency experience, including 12 years as business owners.

We have built and sold one lettings book to a national corporate for a six figure sum before launching and growing both a sales and lettings business (whilst acquiring a number of lettings books from other agents via different financial models.) in another location, which we still operate in today.

This sets us apart from a number of ‘trainers’ or ‘coaches’, as we are still very much involved in the day to day operations of running an agency and so continue to experience the pain and joy that running your own business brings.

Therefore we can offer real life experience and knowledge of every aspect of the business from building a team, marketing through to managing cashflow and can show you the strategies and systems that we know work in todays market rather than just in theory.
